  1. My name is Abdul manan, I apply for bachelor of education computer science and I was given bachelor of science agriculture because I did a general agriculture in SHS. I applied for a study leave and I was denied that study leave but they said agriculture has been removed from the study leave course listed so I called the university andask them to change me a program that will be part of the study leave programs and they said they could not change me. I have diploma in basic education at tamale College of education (science and maths ) I even applied my transcript from this university. Because the man told me if my transcript was to be part of my documents I would have been considered so I applied a transcript today University and up-to-date I did not hear any feedback whether they have changed me or not what I checked the list I'm still part of the bachelor of science agriculture. So I asked why I was denied at admission the man said because I don't have physics but I told him I did science and maths at college and I have a transcript. so he said because the transcript is not there so they don't know anything about me whether I did physics or not. I have elective maths, chemistry and general agric. so please help me change the program for me even if you cannot give me the bachelor of education computer science you can get me bachelor of education science or mathematics or chemistry. I hope to hear from you
    thank you

The hallowed University of Oxford took the top spot for the fourth year in a row, with its traditional rival the University of Cambridge dropping to third place behind the California Institute of Technology.  Switzerland was the only country outside the United Kingdom and North Am...
